Yesterday was our annual pierogi day with Scott's family. Scott wasn't able to make it this year (he had a photography class), but Noah and I went, and had a great time. 8 hours, 50 lbs. of flour, 24 lbs. of sour cream, 20 lbs. of potatoes, and vats of kraut and mushrooms later, we made over 1000 pierogi! So if you're invited over to our house for dinner in the next year or so, it's likely pierogi will be on the menu. :-)
