We were very excited to welcome Adam Jacob into the world yesterday! I woke up at 1:00 AM with light contractions. After calling triage, and drinking water and having a snack as instructed, they became strong contractions. We made it to the hospital around 4:00, and Adam arrived about 4 hours later, at 7:57 AM. So far, he has been very quiet, and enjoying lots of sleep in recovering from his big debut! Here are some highlights from his day (although he slept through most of them)!
Getting weighed... he was 8 lbs, 5 oz, which is 7 oz. smaller than big brother Noah was, but at 22 1/2 inches long, he had Noah beat by a whole inch :)
Meeting lots of new people, including Big Brother Noah. Noah was very gentle, but didn't have that much interest in Adam... there were too many walks to take and elevators to ride!
We had a pretty good first night, and actually had to wake Adam up for all of his feedings since he still just wanted to sleep, sleep, sleep (he's just like his Mama! :)). We're hoping to break free from the hospital today, and I'll post more pictures in a few days.

Congratulations to the entire Wolfe family!
CONGRATULATIONS Scott, Jenna, & Noah! That little (yet long) guy is adorable! It was so awesome to see him on the day he was born (We'll never forget it!) and again, one week later. We cannot wait until the next time we get to spend time with him! We are so looking forward to talking to Noah about him, too!
Love,
Rob & Amy
