Noah gets really excited now when we tell him it's time to brush his teeth. He likes to try to do it all by himself, and check himself out in the mirror at the same time. He used to be really good about letting me do it, but it's a battle now... 'NO MAMA NO'! The only way I have any success at all is if Scott makes him laugh to distract him. And sometimes, eh, we just let him do it... they're just baby teeth, right? ;-) If anyone has any good tips for this situation, I'd love to hear them!

Owen is the same way, he wants to do it by himself. We're working on it. I thought of maybe doing a "star" chart or something where he gets a good mark for good brushing. Noah's probably too young yet to understand that though.
two words: spinner toothbrush.
We sing a song when we brush. First verse they get to do; second verse, we get to brush.
