Busy Weekend!

We had a very fun weekend with lots of visits! On Thursday night, Katie and Owen came to visit us for an evening playdate. Noah likes to try to do everything Owen does, which can be pretty funny. We had a good time eating sloppy joes (only the finest served by the Wolfes!), and playing with toys. Here's a pic of the boys:

On Friday night, we went over to my friend Amanda's house, where she made us a delicious dinner, thank you Amanda! :-) They have a 3 and 5 year old, so Noah had a fun time too, especially with the 3 year old, Spencer. Noah really doesn't understand sharing yet (we're working on it!), so a few times he let out a high-pitched scream if Spencer had something he wanted. Poor Spencer had to cover his ears... if you haven't heard it before, it is quite the sound! Anyway, Noah had such a fun time he talked all the way home. One would think this would make him sleep in on Saturday, but no such luck :(

On Saturday night, our friends and neighbors, the Nowaks, came over for one last dinner before they moved to Philadelphia. We'll miss them! Noah will especially miss his buddy, Alex. I don't think he really understands that it's the last time he'll see 'Allie' (as he calls him) for a while.

On Sunday night, we went over to the Lardins' for dinner, where Gina also made us a delicious dinner (we ate quite well this weekend!) Bella and Dante were great about playing with Noah, especially considering Noah is so much younger. Noah LOVED their train... I think he would have stayed there all night if we would have let him!

Best story of the weekend... we've been trying to tell Noah there's a baby in my belly, but he's never really pointed it out. We were at church this morning, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, Noah points to Scott's belly and announces 'BABY!!!' I couldn't stop laughing, but I think I found it a lot funnier than Scott did :-p

I am tired and full just reading that. And sorry Scott....but I laughed out loud (and it was during school) when I read that last part!
